Central California Section October Meeting
The Central California Section of ITE held their October meeting in Visalia. Mr. Aaron Silva presented on the City of Manteca’s interchange retrofit which will modify an existing spread diamond interchange to a diverging diamond interchange. Dr. Aly Tawfik of Fresno State presented on the future of transportation and the impacts it will have on our lives.
